Ways to deal with bullying
1- No reaction
The person who is being bullied should ignore the bullies and not react to their negative comments regarding his appearance and behavior, because they usually want to interact with them.
2- Reporting
If the bully refuses to walk away from his comments, it is important to report it to the person above him in authority, such as a boss, teacher or parents, especially if he feels psychologically and physically harmed.
3- Avoid retaliation
Revenge may seem like the best way to stop bullies, but the truth is that trying to rehabilitate them in this way increases their feelings of victory and satisfaction.
