Denns BioMarkt takes over rental contracts from Basic Austria

Vienna (OTS) – As of May 1st, Denns BioMarkt will take over the leases for the two Basic locations in Vienna and Salzburg. All employees have the opportunity to become part of Denns BioMarkt. With a total of 34 locations, Denns continues to offer the greatest organic diversity in Austria and sends a strong signal for a future suitable for grandchildren.
There has been a close business relationship between Basic and dennree for many years. Basic already has a wide range of dennree products in its range. Former suppliers and customers will become colleagues from May. The aim is that synergies and strengths are bundled in order to continue to grow together in Austria.
The Basic brand will initially be continued and in the course of the summer, subject to the approval of the Cartel Office, the flag will be changed to Denns. With a total of 34 locations, Denns will continue to offer the greatest organic diversity in Austria and set a strong example for the organic sector.
