Janine’s path to self-employment is currently being shown in “Hartz und Herzen”. In the meantime, however, the Mannheim native has changed her mind, as she now announces on Instagram:
The social documentary “Hartz and cordially – day by day Benz barracks” follows the residents of the socially disadvantaged district in Mannheim at every turn. The show is all regarding the – sometimes difficult – fates of the Benz barrackers and their everyday life with Hartz IV. As MANNHEIM24 reports, there are also positive developments in “Hartz and warmly”.

The Benz barracks in the Waldhof district of Mannheim – this is also where the twin mum Janine lives. Through the RTLZWEI show, she is now known far beyond the borders of the city of squares. Janine has experienced ups and downs of emotions: the big day, when the “Hartz und Herzen” participant finally opens her own shop, is followed a few months later by a bitter disappointment: the “Hartz und Herzen” beauty queen announces the salon closure .
In an Instagram story, Janine announces the end of the store: “[…] I am working from home from now on. My shop is now closed! Nothing bad happened, it was my decision.” She also writes that appointments can still be booked by email. Nothing is known regarding the reason for the closure. Now Janine surprises her fans with good news!

In her Instagram story on Thursday (May 4th), Janine shared surprising news: “Happy. Employment contract signed”, it reads. In a subsequent post, the single parent posts a video of her children frolicking in a playground. She gives the family video an emotional caption: “I do everything just for you”.
Reality has now overtaken what is happening on TV. In the preview of the new episodes “Hartz und Herzen” Janine also says that the opening of her shop has been delayed by a month and is in the midst of preparations for self-employment. As she now announces on Instagram, she has apparently signed a contract as an employee. What that means for her independence remains to be seen. (sic)
