The King’s Attorney General at the Court of Cassation, President of the Public Ministry, El Hassan Daki, received on Monday the President of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Yemen, Mohsin Yahya Talib Abu Bakr, for talks focused on bilateral judicial cooperation .
This meeting aims to strengthen judicial cooperation between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Yemen for the promotion of the training of magistrates and the highlighting of Moroccan expertise in the judicial field.
At the end of these talks, Ali Atbuch Aouad told the press that the meeting is part of the cooperation between the two brotherly countries, expressing his wish that this visit be fruitful for the two countries in terms of qualification. and training of magistrates within the courts and public prosecutors.
The Kingdom offers considerable services in favor of justice in Yemen, through qualification and training at the Higher Institute of the Judiciary, he said, noting that agreements have been signed in this regard for continue to consolidate relations between the two countries.
For his part, the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Public Ministry, Hicham Bellaoui, noted that this meeting aims to consolidate the ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, adding that it was an opportunity to highlight the major developments in the judiciary in Morocco, particularly with regard to the area of activity of the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
During this meeting, he said, the two sides also discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation.
