Cole blows lead as Rays beat Yankees 8-7

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) — Gerrit Cole failed to hold out a six-run lead, allowing his first two home runs of the season, and the Tampa Bay Rays beat the Yankees 8-7 on Sunday. A single by Mexican Isaac Paredes in the tenth allowed the Rays to take two of three in the series once morest New York.
