Last month, a drunk driver attacked 9-year-old Bae Seung-ah in Daejeon.
Miss Seung-a died, and three elementary school students who were with her were seriously injured. It was revealed that the driver drove the car even following drinking until following 2:00 p.m.
Criticism is boiling, but drunk drivers do not seem to care.
Even following the death of Seung-a, more than 50 people are caught each time if there is a drinking crackdown during the daytime.

Drinking during the day is especially dangerous for accidents.
Last year, 11.7% of all drunk driving arrests were caught between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm when the sun was up.

It is analyzed that crackdowns are less conducted during the day than at night, so there are many people who drive even following drinking, and the accident rate is high.
