President Joe Biden is under pressure as the GOP claims that even with the measure the border is out of control.

Among the measures is a veto so that municipalities and counties cannot provide funds to individuals or organizations whose purpose is to issue identification documents to those who do not demonstrate that their presence in the United States is legal.
Another of the points, collected by the aforementioned medium, indicates the requirement for hospital centers to collect data on the immigration status of their patients. It also imposes sanctions on those who fail to comply with regulations regarding the transport of irregular migrants to Florida, ignoring the control of the federal government.
