For two days, three universes will be connected: the pharmacopoeia with Father Blaize (1st), the practice of alternative medicine with D’âme Verveine and nature with the Centaure theater in the Hauts de Mazargues at la Jarre (9th). On May 13 and 14, a new meeting called “Nature and you” offers to take care of yourself and your health naturally.
Emilie, alias D’âme Verveine, is a nurse in a Marseille hospital and a holistic therapist. Having left for Asia, she discovered thousand-year-old practices and decided to train in Indian medicine, as well as traditional massages. Interested in the pharmacopoeia, she logically thinks of the Marseille institution Le Père Blaize, herbalist in Noailles for 200 years, to set up her project. “It was obvious“, explains the young woman.
Workshops and tastings
These two daysare not thought of as a well-being fair, but as a moment to prevent your natural health. We also want to create a link between all the actors who work in this environment.“.
On the program, collective workshops: yoga, pilates, creation of herbal teas or cosmetics…; conferences on herbalism, the female cycle, food supplements, permaculture…; individual workshops: massages, plantar reflexology, nutritional advice…
Food being an essential pillar for natural health, the organizers thought of inviting two caterers: Yannick Ganem from Balagan (small vegan and gluten-free dishes) and Valentin Small from Eima (nomadic and environmentally friendly cuisine) .
But also an ice cream parlor: Julia Falzon from La Mignonne (without artificial flavouring, without preservatives and reduced in sugar) and a cocktail/fermentation drink stand run by Sinclair and Bertrand de Tisse.
At the Théâtre du Centaure: 2, rue Marguerite de Provence (9th). Participant ticket at €65 including a place for a 30-minute individual workshop to be reserved on the pereblaize.fr/nature-vous website, access to group workshops and conferences throughout the day. Ticket: 15€.
