Prosecuted for theft of a bank card and for computer fraud, a resident of Braine-l’Alleud did not lead wide, a month ago on the bench of the defendants of the criminal court. Born in 1986 and without a criminal record, she had to explain herself regarding the theft of a bank card belonging to a Brainois she knew well, since she was assisting him as a caregiver while he suffered palliative care treatment in August 2022. Once in possession of the card, she stole €500 from him.

The judgment which has just been rendered effectively grants the probationary suspension of the pronouncement to the Brainoise, whose criminal record will not retain any trace of this serious slippage. But the main condition attaching to this favorable measure is to fully reimburse the damage for next November.
