In an interview given to Narcity, Amine Jawhari, who now lives in Miami, Florida, explains what his job consists of. “I take care of their luxury concierge services [aux vedettes]private jet, car, security, exits, [restaurant], booking, travel, home. Basically everything they need [comme services] VIP, I’m different from other competitors because I work with all the best stars and not just one. [J’ai] started all of this in Quebec and Montreal,” he says.
“My first experience was at Buonanotte, on Saint-Laurent, the club. I took care of Justin Bieber and another time Drake and following The Weeknd at the Time Supper Club. After French Montana at La Voûte and following Post Malone at the Bell Centre. I made a good trusted name with them and following everyone calls me now to take care of the stars and I’m the only one who does that and [c’est] thanks to Quebec, to Montreal,” says Amine, who enjoys working with rapper Swae Lee in Dubai. “He’s more of a friend than a client.”

The Casablanca native also talks regarding the difficulties in his extraordinary job. “Managing other people, especially when it comes time to manage personalities, is certainly a challenge with some artists more than others, but we end up getting used to it and creating a methodology that helps us. For example, knowing what they would like to have in terms of drinks or food or what their allergies are, it helps to better prepare and avoid last-minute crises,” he explains.
And to add: “I’m a bit of a control freak by nature, I like things to be done well and above all done in my own way. It’s a good thing and a bad thing. It’s ideal, because the details are very important in my industry, but it makes it difficult for me to delegate, which is not ideal for productivity”. For these various performances to the stars, Amine Jawhari earned “1.3 million dollars from 2022 to 2023” and thinks of earning more this year because, some contracts are “paying more than others, the price is always different, that depends on the weight of the artist”.
