It is a real tragedy that occurred this Saturday, at the beginning of the followingnoon, along the N53, in Solre-saint-Géry, in the entity of Beaumont.
A young man was riding there on a motorbike, following a car: the latter wanted to turn right, surprising the young biker; the latter swerved to his left, and would have struck the vehicle, ejecting the young pilot. He fell heavily to the ground, while his motorbike, continuing on its way, collided with another car arriving in front.
Several motorists stopped and called the emergency services: nothing more, alas, might be done for the victim. Among the emergency services, the Beaumont firefighters, under the orders of Lieutenant Renard, had chartered two ambulances and a Smur. The roadway is closed to traffic. According to the witnesses, the speed was not to be taken into account in the circumstances of this tragic accident.
