Sleep: How to Activate Relax Mode [iPhone e Apple Watch]

It took a while, but Apple is finally now making it possible for users to monitor your sleep using both the iPhone and the Apple Watch — being who in the latter case, there is a greater amount of data recorded, of course.

So that you can get a good night’s rest, there is the possibility of using the so-called “Relax Mode”, which activates Focus Sleep at the beginning of this period of relaxation. This way, you avoid notifications or other types of content that can distract you before going to bed.

It is possible to add times for this function, which vary from 15 minutes to 3 hours. Here’s how to change that!

How to Enable Relax Mode on iPhone

After adding schedules to Focus Sleep in the Health app, open it once more, select the “Explore” tab and go to “Sleep”. In the “Schedules and Options” section, select “Relax Mode” and choose the desired time.

How to Enable Relax Mode on Apple Watch

Open the Sleep app, tap “Schedules” and “Sleep Mode”. Then choose the desired time.
