Mumbai: A young man brutally beat up a differently-abled wheelbarrow vendor for not giving free bananas. The incident happened in broad daylight in Bhayander, Maharashtra.
A differently-abled fruit vendor was beaten up by a young man following he refused to give him four bananas for free. The incident took place while many people were watching in the middle of the road and the vehicles were speeding by. The video of the incident has gone viral.
When the youth was doing business in his cart outside Thakur Gali in Bhayander West, the accused demanded four fruits in vain. But the merchant refused. The accused then beat him, kicked him and forcefully held him and pushed him.
With this, the trader fell near the tire of a lorry. A major accident was averted because he jumped up suddenly. Then people rushed and interrogated the youth. But the young man cheated on them too.
Then the people informed the police and they came and arrested the accused. Meanwhile, the shopkeeper, who was injured in the attack, sought treatment at the hospital.
