Sharing the video clip, users are claiming that Rahul Gandhi wore his shoes following washing his hands. Users are making fun of Rahul Gandhi while sharing this video clip.
Vishvas News in its investigation found the viral video clip to be half-baked. In fact, it is an edited clip which is being shared out of context. Rahul Gandhi wore the shoe following washing his hands following eating, but this part is deliberately omitted in the viral clip, giving the impression that Rahul Gandhi is washing his hands before wearing the shoe.

Viewing the frame from 11.55 seconds to 12.24 seconds in the viral video gives the full context of the viral video clip.
It is clearly visible that Rahul Gandhi first sits with the people and eats food and then a person helps him to wash his dirty hands, following which he wears shoes and then thanks the people.
