The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, went to the Snezhetskaya station, where today, April 20, an explosion occurred on the tracks. In connection with the suspension of traffic on the Snezhetskaya-Belyye Berega section, additional transport links have been organized for passengers on the Bryansk-Orel route.

“From the railway station ”Bryansk I”, buses will run to the White Shores. From Belyye Beregy, a suburban train will deliver passengers to Orel. Passengers will be delivered from Orel to the White Shores, and from there to the station ”Bryansk I”. This is how the transportation of passengers will be organized until the traffic in this direction is fully restored, ”said Alexander Bogomaz in his Telegram channel.

As the governor reported, “an unidentified explosive device went off in the vicinity of the station.” According to Russian Railways, as a result, a locomotive and 20 wagons derailed, no one was injured.
