Officials from the Cumaná Municipal Delegation arrested two sisters on Avenida Carúpano de Cumaná, Sucre state, engaged in shoplifting.
After learning regarding the criminal acts, officials of the Scientific Police began the investigations, following observing videos from security cameras, they realized how the sisters entered the establishments and hid different products and valuables under their clothing, with the purpose of marketing them on their own. This action was repeated in various establishments in Cumaná.
When verified, the uniformed officers detected that the eldest, 33 years old, had six police records for common generic theft, qualified theft and resistance to authority.
