A horrific accident occurred in a high school in Washington State, USA. A 16-year-old male student fell while running during physical education class. His eyeball was pierced by a gatepost.

According to comprehensive foreign media reports, the deceased was Brayden Bahme, a 16-year-old middle school student who studied at Cheney High School in Washington State. The incident occurred on April 25, local time. The school said that Brayden was in physical education class at the time of the incident. He accidentally fell in the middle of his run and found that his eyes were accidentally pierced by the gate post of the dragon gate. Emergency personnel rushed to the scene within minutes following receiving the report and sent him to the hospital, but Brayden was seriously injured and died following rescue efforts failed.
At present, Brayden’s family members are launching crowdfunding on the fundraising platform GoFundMe, and the funds will be used for his funeral and the urgent needs of the family. On their website they state,

Since Brayden was a passionate fisherman, following his funeral is settled, the remaining funds will be used for youth fishing programs.
Brayden was a member of the school football team and some of his teammates returned to the school field last week to join his mother, Heather, in mourning and paying tribute to him. Brayden’s father, Steven Bahme, shared a photo on Facebook, in which Brayden’s friends held up a banner that read: “Love4Brayden”; his aunt Holly posted a message of condolences, referring to “there is an angel in heaven.”
