The footage shows how Matraimov’s “ocul of the ball” Munarbek Saipidinov says to Sarkarbaev: “If you want to kiss, kiss” and he kisses Matraimov’s hand, and then they embrace.
Presumably, the action takes place at the wedding of Kursan Asanov’s nephew, who married the granddaughter of former adviser to the Prime Minister Bektemir Murzubraimov.
