A host of experts and professionals in the field are expected.
Forum: This first edition aims, among other things, to develop the culture of entrepreneurship and thus help identify the skills and tools needed to promote business sustainability in the Arab region.
The role of entrepreneurs in achieving global and sustainable development goals. This is the theme of the first Entrepreneurship Forum scheduled for May 23-25 in Tangier.
Common challenges to entrepreneurship in the Arab region, managing expectations, harmonizing messages, the role of public relations and communication in achieving sustainable development and performance assessment indicators will be at the heart of the debates scheduled in three sessions during this meeting and in which will take part a host of experts and actors of entrepreneurship, from Morocco as well as other Arab and foreign countries.
Initiated by the Arab Organization for Administrative Development (OADA), this first Forum sets itself among its objectives to develop the culture of entrepreneurship and thus help to identify the skills and tools necessary to promote the sustainability of companies in the Arab World. This event will “highlight the role of public relations and technological progress in facing current challenges and crises”, according to a statement issued recently by OADA.
For more details and as the Organization’s officials have pointed out through this same document, this forum will be the best opportunity to provide support to emerging entrepreneurs and their commitment to sustainable development, in relation to the main objective of this first edition. It is thus intended to set up appropriate platforms to help beneficiaries develop and scale up their projects and identify ways to adapt to the needs of society and national and international development requirements. This first forum will thus make it possible to “facilitate cooperation and partnership between entrepreneurs, organizations and governments in order to promote global and sustainable development”, it was pointed out.
In this sense, the ambition is to make this first forum a space to study and examine the current situation of innovative projects and the means of developing them through new technologies. It will be an opportunity to present successful models and take them as an example in this field.
It is also a question of exposing the best practices to ensure and promote the sustainability of the projects as well as the performance evaluation tools and the indicators of their development.
