Ötztal Bahnhof – That was fast. In January Area 47, a kind of action playground for adults in Tyrol, presented their plans for Austria’s first indoor bike park. At the end of April, last Saturday to be precise, the opening was already celebrated. And the result is quite impressive. A veritable covered alternative, for example for the winter months, has been created on a good 3,700 square meters of space. The offer ranges from a paved pump track, two flow lines and two jump lines to a technique course.
