The creators confirmed that the work of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on PC “does not match [их] quality standards”and apologized to all buyers who encountered technical difficulties.

The developers have assured that they are working on troubleshooting, however “there is no one-stop solution to improve PC performance”so patches, apparently, will have to wait.

“The team is working on fixes that should improve performance on different configurations. We aim to fix issues as soon as possible, but every patch needs to be thoroughly tested to avoid creating new problems.”— reads the message of the authors.

The developers also explained why the performance issues in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on PC do not affect owners of all powerful machines equally. According to the authors, sometimes it’s a bad configuration.

Frame rate drops occur, for example, if a chipset designed for Windows 11 is installed on a Windows 10 computer, or a powerful graphics card is combined with a less powerful processor.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was released on April 28 on PC (Steam, EGS), PS5, Xbox Series X and S. The Steam version has attracted over 55k concurrent playersand user reviews changed to “mixed” (were “mostly negative”).
