In this context, the Institute launched a multi-thematic and multidisciplinary call for projects in 2022, the first edition of which focused on the theme: “Limiting the sequelae of radiotherapy and improving the quality of life” (call for projects SEQ-RTH22 ).

Objectives of the SEQ-RTH22 call for projects

The objective of this call for projects is to support projects aimed at improving knowledge and the means necessary to reduce the sequelae due to radiotherapy.

This AAP is open to all disciplines (fundamental research, translational research, clinical research, epidemiology, etc.) and specialties (medical oncology, radiotherapy, radiobiology, medical physics, imaging, radiation protection, dosimetry, nuclear medicine, mathematics, etc.).

It covers all fields of radiotherapy (conventional, hadrontherapy (protons, carbon, other heavy ions), vectorized internal radiotherapy, etc.).

Results of the SEQ-RTH22 call for projects

The results of this call for projects were published in early 2023. Out of a total of 38 projects submitted, 4 projects have been funded since February 2023, for a total budget of €3,826,285.
