The Place de l’Albertine, near the Central Station, was green with people this Thursday around 10 a.m. Faced with a thousand teachers, most flanked by a green tunic, Roland Lahaye, the general secretary of the CSC Education, plays the horsemen alone. “I repeat, the union common front still exists. We are not in an opposition action. It’s hard not to think so. We can clearly see, scattered in the crowd, a few red and blue spots. Affiliates of the four other unions, socialists and liberals, came with their teacher colleagues, but they are largely in the minority.
