For many people, the Apple Watch became an essential part of their lives — just as the iPhone already is. Through the watch, you can check your physical activity progress, in addition to receiving notifications and controlling your smart home accessories, for example.
As it is an electronic device, the smartwatch is not without problems. One of them, which many people end up being affected by, concerns the screen crash with the Apple logo.
If you are also facing this, here’s how to solve it! ⌚️
reboot
Force restart Apple Watch. To do this, press and hold the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten seconds. Then release them when the Apple logo reappears. Wait until the operating system restarts.
Unpair Apple Watch
If that doesn’t work, try unpairing your Apple Watch using the Watch app on your iPhone. To do this, open the app, select the “My Watch” tab, tap “All Watches” (in the upper left corner) and go to the “i” next to it.
Then choose “Unpair Apple Watch” and follow the next steps.
And if it still doesn’t work?
If you’re still experiencing issues with your Apple Watch starting up normally, try contacting Apple directly. This can be done by calling 0800-761-0880, through the website or through the Support app.
If you prefer, you can also make an appointment at one of the two Apple Stores located in Brazil or at an Apple Authorized Service Center.
Did everything work out with your watch? ????
