Renowned for its award-winning quality beers and its original fruity beers, the Lekouz brewery has, since its inception, favored local artisanal production. In a zero-waste approach and in order to meet its raw material supply requirements, the brewery has launched the LKZ participatory harvest since the beginning of this month.
