PETERSBURG – The Rays just won’t stop homering.

Tampa Bay extended its season-opening streak of games with at least one homer to 22 Sunday once morest the White Sox at Tropicana Field, following surpassing the previous mark set by the 2019 Mariners, who hit at least a home run in his first 20 games.

This time it was Luke Raley, who knocked it out of the park with one on board in the bottom of the second inning to set the score on fire and give the Rays the lead, who finished winning 4-1 for their 13th straight home win.

Colombian Harold Ramirez also chucked it for Tampa Bay on Sunday.

The overall record — for any stretch of the season — is 31 straight games with at least one home run, which belongs to the 2019 Yankees.
