Solo development indie game Molly Medusa is available for Nintendo Switch
Molly Medusa: Queen of Spit launches today on Nintendo Switch. This game, with a bit of solitude, a few gravitational mazes, and a bit of ancient Greek philosophy, was created by Swedish developer Niklas Hallin over the six years that have passed since his last game, Yono and the Celestial Elephants, released.

Solitude and sand dunes – board, hunter of retribution! Navigate through the labyrinthine refuge of the Minotaur – Bull of Justice; and down the blood-red rivers juicy as pomegranates of the Underworld. Travel through Minerva’s owl-haunted halls, past a luxurious palace of long fingers and illicit gold. Up is down, and down is up. On this journey of the mind, reality has fallen behind.

Burning Planet Digital burst onto the scene with this release. Niklas and the game’s composers teamed up to create an indie game developer with a punk attitude. On the 27th of April, a week following the release, they are hosting a cool launch party in Stockholm, Sweden, which you can join online on the Inst Live Stream.

For it is a curse very, very cruel, that monstrous malady that binds itself regarding your lonely soul, an evil of many-sided Circe, bane of Ulysses, that makes you a strange, untouchable, queen of spit, poisonous, out of place, salivating sacrileges, sss-serpentine yet divine – that very cruel curse, which the gods call: MEDUSA.

What started as “Burning Planet Music” in 2015, a music production company for games, has expanded to become a challenging and punk game developer – “Burning Planet Digital”.
