Accordingly, around 9 am on April 23, V.Đ.Q (10 years old, living in block 13, Quynh Xuan ward) had a break from school, so he went out to play. Therefore, relatives organized a search. Family members also went to social networks to ask for help in searching. The local government announced to find Q. on the ward loudspeaker.
After that, relatives were shocked to discover Q.’s body in a construction water hole in block 13, Quynh Xuan ward, a few hundred meters from home. Mr. Hanh said: “This is the water hole of the construction site leveling work under the project “Dong A Printing and Embroidery Factory”. These days, workers do not carry out the construction.”
Mr. Hanh added that, following receiving the news, the police and local authorities were quickly present to investigate the cause of the incident and support the family to take care of the baby’s post-mortem. It is known that Q. is the first son in a family with 2 brothers, his father is working abroad.
