In the last few hours, an image has gone viral on social networks, alternative media and even international channels, when a user shared an image of a car in the style of the trunkmobile from the Flintstones cartoons. Supposedly the creators are Cuban and would be on the island.

On the “Breaking Chains” page, the image was first published, where two people are seen assembling the device, supposedly to deal with the fuel shortage in Cuba. They classified it as the “piestaxi” although people still see it as a copy of the Flintstones car.

“Soon this modality of vehicles will cover the transportation needs on the prison island; Without fuel, or electricity, the only alternative we have left is physical strength, and with the lack of food right now we lose even that strength,” reads the original post.

VIRAL IMAGE OF THE FLINTSTONES CAR

It is not clear that the manufacture is in Cuba, since in the image you can see some utensils that are not very common in Cuban houses, in addition to the fact that the tanks that they use as rear and front wheels are not perceived as common on the island. It is also not detailed in the publication if it is just a joke or for real, these people plan to use this “car” on the streets.

Meanwhile, people have reacted to this viral photo. The author of the publication argued that “we are advancing by leaps and bounds, we just need to go back to living in the caves and we will have reached the goal.”

“What kind of work we are going through, and the most beautiful thing is that I don’t see a solution anywhere”, “I knew this was coming” or “At the rate we are going, we are going to meet the Indian Hatuey”, were other reactions regarding. The publication original was shared more than 500 times.
