The objective of the device

The goal of this program is to understand the impact of health problems, whether physical or psychological, on people’s return to work and to work on appropriate solutions. Deployed by Pôle emploi, the system is provided by external service providers. Job seekers who have been registered for more than a year can benefit from it.

Beyond health problems, the objective is first to work on the job seeker’s perception of his state of health. Operation

The course lasts between four and six months. A first interview is organized between the person and a psychologist. This is followed by other appointments with a health professional and a referent in professional integration. The job seeker is then directed towards an appropriate solution: psychosocial support, reorientation on a professional project compatible with his state of health, support in a process of recognition of disability… “When you ask a quadriplegic what he can do, he will tell you: nothing, Advance Camy Puech. The CGT employment center expressed concerns regarding the respect of medical secrecy within the framework of this device. But Camy Puech assures us: no health data is communicated to the Pôle Emploi adviser, apart from information relating to the professional project and its conditions of practice. As for the action plan defined at the end of the course, “it is the beneficiary who has the last word”.
