At the same time, it “decides, together with the other unions of the Coordination of Workers’ Unions at the YPPOA, the appeal of the Unified Association to the Council of State (Council of State) for the unconstitutionality of Law 5021/2023”.
In its announcement, the union also refers to the appointment of the “Boards of Directors and General Directors of the five State Museums which the government of ND is trying to operate as NPDD”, noting among other things that “the large numerical presence on the Boards of the Museums of actors from the tourism and construction sector of the economy, underlines the market direction that the government wants to give to Museums, moving them away from their educational, social and scientific purpose”.
