Striking Distance Studios have released a new update for The Callisto Protocol. Here we have now arrived at version 5.01.
Update .501 for “The Callisto Protocol” adds a number of new features, including the ability to skip cutscenes and the so-called “Dismemberment Mode”. Said game mode is a very violent version that makes it much easier to defeat enemies by using various weapons.
Set in the year 2320 on Jupiter’s dead moon Callisto, “The Callisto Protocol” forces players to escape the maximum security Black Iron Prison and uncover the mysteries of the United Jupiter Company. Players must scan their surroundings and adjust their tactics using a mix of ranged and melee combat to survive an outbreak that has thrown Callisto into chaos.
“The Callisto Protocol” was released on December 2, 2022 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC.
