The astronauts performed the task of disconnecting the electrical cable between the radiant heat exchanger and a module called “Zarya,” unplugging the heatsink, then opening the four locks that linked the radiator to module.

An expert at Russia’s Mission Control Center (MCC) said that the plan was canceled because an unidentified substance was detected from the stern of the Soyuz spacecraft docked with the ISS. However, the inside of the Soyuz spacecraft is still safe.
