“It is the ninth national meeting and the second international that we have held”, Torres indicated and assured that during the three days they will work on different proposals that concern road safety.
The event will feature the presence of Julio Ambrosio, head of the Laura Cristina Ambrosio Battistel Foundation, international, provincial and different representatives of delegations in the region.
With a defined agenda, TOrres commented that at the meeting they will work on a petition to modify the penalties of people who commit road accidents followed by deaths and also that a federal network of assistance to relatives be formed. A request will also be made for an improvement in the routes, roads throughout the country and a current accident rate report by provinces.

Lastly, Torres criticized the provincial government for the lack of support for holding the event. «It is the first time that a national meeting, which does not collaborate, nor does it participate despite different requests sent.
