Al Marsad Newspaper: A 36-year-old engineer named Alan Pender revealed how he lost 30 percent of his body weight.

And he explained through his Instagram account that his diet consists of some types of cheese, stressing that the cheese helped him lose weight by following the Keto diet.

According to the Express website, the famous engineer indicated that the usual breakfast consists of 200 grams of hard cheese such as Leicester Red, and then he can go for a morning sports session.

Lunch also consists of cheese, at a rate of another 250 grams, and he pointed out that he depends in his diet on no less than 10 different types of cheese in the refrigerator.

And that 75% of his calories depend on cheese, he pointed out that he also depends on eating fish or meat with vegetables twice a week.
