“Fuel Price Updates: Gasoline Exceeds €2/L, Supply Difficulties, and More – Stay Ahead with Mon Actu”

Like every Monday, the weekly fuel price average was published on the Ministry of Ecological Transition websitethis Monday, April 17, 2023.

While diesel continues its downward trend, gasoline continues to increase slightly, with the SP98 which now exceeds 2 euros.

The prices on average

According to data from April 7 to 14, 2023, the SP95 was posted at the end of last week 1.9612 euro per liter, or regarding a penny more in one week. The liter of SP95-E10 is worth 1.9358 euros per liter. That’s almost a penny more in 7 days.

The liter of SP98 now exceeds two euros per liter (2.0030 euro), once morest 1.9904 euro the week before (+ 1.3 cents).

Diesel, on the other hand, appears downwardwith a price set at 1.7998 euros per liter, or -1.6 cents in one week (1.8014 euros the previous week).

As for E85 superethanol, it is displayed at 1.1177 euros per liter (+0.8 cents).

Still supply difficulties

On the side of supply service stations, despite a marked improvement in the situation vis-à-vis the disruptions encountered in recent weeks, difficulties persist in some places.

According to data compiled by our colleagues from Figaro, 5% of stations were still in difficulty on Sundayand 17% in Île-de-France.

According to shortage.mon-essence website, 121 stations-service in France are still completely out of fuel, and 1,279 are partially out. On the official government website, it is possible to know the situation closest to home.
