The motorist, who was not charged with any crime, told officers he was “fine and wanted to bless others with gifts of money.” The bills came from from a shared McCarthy family bank account, angering his relatives by draining the account.

Oregon State Police Capt. Kyle Kennedy said security officers did a thorough job in the area looking for the $100 bills, but found nothing as other motorists had collected everything.
