Vienna (OTS) – International flair in “Welcome Austria”: Whether Stermann and Grissemann hit the right note on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 9:55 p.m. on ORF 1 remains to be seen – but their guests will definitely be: crossover singer Helmut Lotti and ORF Brussels Correspondent Raffaela Schaidreiter. Then at 10:55 p.m., “DIE.NACHT” continues with the season finale “Pratersterne – Reise durch Österreich”. Host Hosea Ratschiller leads across Austria in this best-of show. Stefanie Sargnagel, Thomas Stipsits, Christoph Fritz, Florian Scheuba, Benedikt Mitmannsgruber and many more will be there. Then at 11:25 p.m. there will be a da capo with “Good night Austria”.
“Welcome to Austria with Stermann & Grissemann” at 9:55 p.m
The world-famous crossover singer Helmut Lotti has already sung his way through all continents: from Dutch variety shows to African, Latin American and Russian music, Elvis songs and American standards, he has now ended up in Bella Italia. On the album “Italian Songbook” he reinterprets Italian hits. Rarely has a guest answered personal questions as frankly and honestly as Helmut Lotti did in a conversation with Stermann and Grissemann.
Drilling questions are Raffaela Schaidreiter’s profession. She also got around a lot as an ORF correspondent, her reports have taken her to South Korea, Norway and Iran, among other places. She has been in charge of the ORF office in Brussels for almost two years now and reports directly from the political control center of Europe. In “Welcome to Austria”, the native of Salzburg reveals what happens behind the scenes of the EU Parliament.
The closing number this time comes from the Amadeus-nominated “Quetschn-Synthi-Pop” trio Folkshilfe.
