The United International Transportation Company, Budget Saudi Arabia, announced that profits will be distributed for the second half of the fiscal year 2022 AD at 1.5 riyals per share, which represents 15% of the capital, with a total amount of 106.75 million riyals.

The company said in a statement on “Tadawul Saudi Arabia”, today, Sunday, that the distribution, starting on Tuesday, corresponding to May 9, 2023 AD, will be for shareholders’ bank accounts linked to investment portfolios.

And she indicated that the eligibility of profits is for the company’s shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on Thursday, April 13, 2023 AD, and who are registered in the company’s shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.
