A serious road accident occurred this Sunday followingnoon on the E403, near the exit to Ruddervoorde, in Flanders. According to information from Focus WTV, the highway was closed for over an hour.
The accident involves two vehicles, SUVs, which collided on the E403 towards Bruges. Both cars ended up on the side of the road. One of the drivers had to be extricated. In all, three people were injured in the collision. One of them is seriously.
An investigation into the exact circumstances of the accident is underway.
