Already reserved for the elite, the Met Gala, which will take place on May 1 in New York, has increased the price of its tickets by 20,000 US dollars, reported “Page Six”.
According to several sources consulted by the media, it is now necessary to pay 50,000 US dollars for a ticket.

“These people give enough. It is exaggerated to ask them for such an amount!”, deplores a first source.
“For every person who decides not to go, 20 other people will line up to come,” another source believes.
According to these same sources, some fashion designers may snub the gala, but it’s not because of the increase in ticket prices.
Created in 1948, the Met Gala is a gala used to highlight the donations collected for the Metropolitan Museum of Arts in New York.
