The Royal Palace has recently released an official photograph of King Philippe to commemorate his 63rd birthday on April 15th. The photograph was taken by Frédéric Andrieu, the Palace photographer, during Philippe and Mathilde’s State visit to Africa in March. In addition, the King and his son Gabriel have been in Guyana for several days to visit the Kourou Space Center. They attended the launch of the Juice probe to Jupiter before returning to Belgium, which occurred without any problems.
As usual, the Royal Palace has unveiled a new official photo of King Philippe on the occasion of his birthday. The monarch indeed celebrates this Saturday April 15 his 63 years, the day before the fifteenth birthday of his second daughter Éléonore.
The picture of the King was taken by the photographer of the Palace, Frédéric Andrieu, during the State visit of Philippe and Mathilde in Africa, in March.
The King and his son Gabriel have been in Guyana for the past few days to visit the Kourou Space Center. Friday before returning to Belgium, they attended the launch of the Juice probe to Jupiter, which finally took place without incident, at 9:14 a.m. sharp (2:14 p.m. in Belgium).
