The 4-member girl group Fifty Fifty, which is catching the attention of global music fans, succeeded in entering the chart for 3 consecutive weeks in the UK’s official single chart ‘Top 100’, which is called the world’s two largest charts along with the US Billboard.

On the latest chart released on the 14th (local time), Fifty Fifty’s “CUPID” ranked 34th, up 27 places from the previous week.

‘Cupid’ has been on this chart for three consecutive weeks since entering the chart at number 96. This song is characterized by a comfortable rhythm to listen to as it is a song that sang honestly following being rejected for a confession. It is a synth-pop song with a retro atmosphere, and the synthesizer sound gives off a refreshing feeling.

‘Cupid’ is enjoying great popularity by word of mouth overseas, mainly on short-form platforms such as TikTok. At a recent press conference, Fifty Fifty analyzed, “It’s synth-pop with a light and soft feel, so overseas fans listened to it first.”

Meanwhile, ‘Like Crazy’ released by Jimin of the group BTS ranked 38th, down 22 places from the previous week. In addition, Blackpink Jisoo’s ‘Flower’ was ranked 91st, down 53 places.
