Preventive detention of 3 INM officials for the death of 40 migrants

A federal judge residing in Juarez City dictated informal pretrial detention to the three public servants of the Migration’s national institute (INM) detained for their alleged direct involvement in the death of 40 migrants in it Fire at the Migration Station.
