Shocking news came from Shandy Aulia. The South Jakarta District Court publicist, Djuyamto, explained that Shandy Aulia had filed for divorce from her husband, David Herbowo.
The lawsuit was filed since April 11 2023 at the South Jakarta District Court through his attorney, Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno, who is part of Sandy Arifin’s team.
“So on April 11, 2023, Tuesday, from the data in the South Jakarta District Court case management information system, a case was registered in the name of the plaintiff Nyimas Shandy Aulia. Then the defendant David Herbowo. The lawsuit is a divorce suit,” Djuyamto said when met at the District Court South Jakarta, Friday (14/4/2023).
The divorce suit is registered in case number 361/Pdtg 2023/PN JAKARTA SELATAN.
Furthermore, the first divorce trial between Shandy Aulia and David Herbowo will begin on May 3, 2023.
“Then the appointed assembly has set a date for the trial, which will be Wednesday, May 3, 2023. That will be the first trial,” added Djuyamto.
The initial trial will begin with mediation if both parties are present. However, if one of them is not present, the hearing will be rescheduled.
This was also explained by Djuyamto in the interview.
“(The agenda for the trial) now depends, at the first hearing whether all the parties are present, for example the plaintiff, the defendant, if he is present, of course, is then required to go through the mediation process first. But if one of the parties is not present, of course the panel of judges will summon once more so that both are present, “said Djuyamto.
Shandy Aulia and David Herbowo have been married since 2011. From this marriage they have one daughter named Claire Herbowo.
