Good news for drivers across the country. The Regional Government of Callao presented today the new model for obtaining licenses that will reduce the current procedure, from approximately two months, to just 24 hours.
This innovative system, exposed by the regional governor Ciro Castillo Rojo Salas, has the objective of improving the transport system and the rapid obtaining of driver’s licenses granted by the GORE.
In this way, through the Management of the Regional Directorate of Transport and Communications, some 300 licenses are being delivered daily and it is expected that 50,000 class A1 licenses will be issued by the end of this year, which will allow the formalization of carriers. .
“We are showing the country that things can be done faster and more efficiently and without corruption. These briefs come out in one day and can come from all parts of the country under current legislation, for this reason we call on the other governors to put ourselves in the same line, imitating what we have done,” said Governor Ciro Castillo Rojo.
It should be noted that the process to obtain a driver’s license is carried out in person at the headquarters of Juan Pablo II or the MAC of Mallplaza Bellavista, showing your ID, in order to schedule the date on which you wish to take your standards exam. On the day set, the interested party must go to the window to go to the evaluation room.
After completing the exam, go to the results module, where the examiner will deliver the results. Those authorized to take the exam in the circuit, following passing it, can carry out the next procedure: pick up their driver’s license at the aforementioned offices.
