Through a journalist, it was possible to see on video how astronauts live and sleep when they are in space.
The BBC journalist, Lewis Vaughan Jones, shared a video through Twitter, where you can see the way in which astronauts sleep on a space trip; Internet users reacted to said footage.

In the clip it is seen that the astronauts sleep in different positions and without counting on any gravity, a reason that apparently does not faze them.
In the video description, the journalist describes the video as chilling. It is worth mentioning that said audiovisual material had been known before, but the journalist made it go viral once more.
