Xiaomi confirms that it will present the Xiaomi 13 Ultra mobile on April 18

Xiaomi has confirmed that the new member of its 13 series, Xiaomi 13 Ultra, will be presented globally next Tuesday, April 18, in an event entitled ‘A Shot Above’ and in which its photographic section will take center stage.

The Chinese technology company presented its flagship series at the end of February, with the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro models, already available in the European market for a price that starts at 999 euros for the standard model and reaches 1,399 euros for the most advanced version.

This family will be joined next Tuesday, April 18, by the new Xiaomi 13 Ultra, which will mean “another significant milestone” for the brand in Xiaomi’s association with the German photography brand Leica, as he expressed on Twitter a few days ago.

The manufacturer has chosen this and other social networks, such as Weibo, to now confirm that the global launch of the terminal will take place at 1:00 p.m. (mainland Spain), within the framework of an event that will be titled ‘A Shot Above’ , which can be translated as ‘a shot/take up’.

It should be remembered that at the time of their announcement, both companies confirmed that this phone would debut with a “never seen before” photography system thanks to a Summicron lens provided by Leica.

“For the first time, different wide-angle to telephoto lenses have achieved excellent optical capabilities,” according to the statement. Now, through Weibo, he has commented that with the new Xiaomi 13 Ultra he pursues “true optical performance” and “real image texture” and that he opposes “excessive sharpness and distortion”.
