Ways to get rid of sugar in foods
1- Gradually reduce the amount of sugar
You can reduce the amount of sugar added to drinks that a person consumes regularly, such as coffee or tea, and you should also try to cut the usual amount of sugar in half from foods, such as pies, pizza, and others.
2- Replace soda drinks
Water is the best option as a healthy and safe alternative to soda drinks that are rich in sugars and artificial sweeteners, and water cannot be replaced with soda when you feel thirsty.
3- Eat fresh fruits
It is preferable to eat fresh fruits instead of dried or canned preserved in sugary syrup, in addition to staying away as much as possible from fruit juice because it contains sugar and lacks dietary fiber.

4- Read food labels
Before buying products at the supermarket, read food labels and choose products with the least amount of added sugars.
5- Preparing healthy biscuits
If you want to prepare biscuits or cakes, it can be made in a healthy way by using raisins, oats and dried fruits instead of the large amount of sugar.
6- Limit sauces
It is better to stay away from different sauces because they contain a large amount of sugars, and replace them with spices, ginger and healthy appetizers.
