The candidate for mayor Christian Artero raised the recovery of the Hunting and Fishing Club in Fernández Oro. The referent of the Gold Front argued that the promise would be intended for children and adolescents in the city.
Artero explained that his idea is transform the club into a park“where we can develop recreational, cultural and sports activities to accompany the young people from Orense.”
In addition, he explained that he seeks to consolidate on the property, the headquarters of the Fernández Oro Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescentswith the aim of “working together with public organizations such as SENAF, ECOS, the Judiciary, Health, Police, Education and social organizations such as schools and sports groups, cultural spaces, picnic areas, religious communities among others, to join efforts to contain and accompany the boys and girls“, he described.
The candidate of the Golden Front lamented that the youth “today are going through a series of increasingly complex problems.” He stated that the only solution is to work together, to form participatory and “away from adult centrism”.
This Wednesday, Artero will participate in the second debate to be held in the city. Last week the first meeting was held where they described his proposals. In this case, In addition to detailing their ideas, they may ask questions among the candidates. The debate will be broadcast on social media.
